Cancellation Policy

If someone in your party gets sick, you can reschedule your event up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Just reach out to Jump! City and we’ll help you find a new date and time. If you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited, but no further payment is due. Las fiestas se pueden reprogramar por enfermedad hasta 48 horas antes del evento sin penalidad. Comuníquese con Jump! City para encontrar una nueva fecha y hora para su celebración. Si decide cancelar, se perderá el depósito, pero no se requiere ningún pago adicional.
