What party packages do you offer? 🎉

Jump! City offers exciting party packages for celebrations of all sizes!


📍 At our Albany location:


🎉 Weekend Parties can accommodate up to 50 kids and their parents


✨ Pick our Ducks Room for smaller groups of up to 20 guests, or choose our Beavers Room for up to 30 guests. 


Need more space? Additional capacity is available! Just let us know how many kids you’re expecting, and we’ll provide a custom quote (extra staffing may be required).


🎈 Weekday Sprinkle Parties are perfect for up to 10 kids and a few adults 


What is Included In the Birthday Party Package? 🎈
  • 🏰 Enjoy use of our entire 8,000 sq ft facility

  • Includes two hours of play time and a designated party area just for your group

  • 🙋 A dedicated party attendant to assist you with setup, cleanup, and anything else you need

  • 🎶 Control our music system—play your favorite songs!

  • 🍕 Bring your own food and beverages (subject to limitations below)

  • A Happy Birthday sign wth your child's name

  • If you'd like a longer duration, send us a message!



What is Included In the Weekday Sprinkle? 🧁
  • Casual, semi-private weekday party for smaller groups

  • 90 minutes of play time and a designated party area just for your group

  • 🍰 Food and beverages are not allowed; cake or cupcakes only, please.

  • No attendant provided; guests are responsible for cleanup (trash cans and bags are provided).



Important Notes: ⚠️
  • ⏰ Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and set up. Our staff will be ready to assist with any last-minute details.

  • Our Beavers and Ducks Party rooms are partitions within the same physical room. In the event multiple parties are booked, our attendant, supplied barriers and wristbands will help keep parties identified and separated. 

  • When booking your party, ensure the 'Room' booked exactly matches the 'Kid Count' identifier (Beavers or Ducks).

  • Cleanup must be completed within your scheduled reservation time out of consideration for our next guests

  • 📅 Book your party conveniently using our online calendar. Deposits are required to confirm your date.

  • You'll receive a confirmation text and email after booking, so please make sure these are entered correctly

  • Reschedule due to illness without penalty with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.



Anything else I should know? What can't I bring? 🚫
  • To maintain a safe and clean environment, we don’t allow certain items, including  popcorn, glitter, confetti, small candies, face paint, small glass bottles, or sharp objects ❌. 

  • A cleaning fee may apply for food left outside the designated dining area. Your cooperation helps us ensure a pleasant experience for everyone!


The Beavers room includes 3 six-foot tables and the Ducks room includes 2 six-foot tables.
