Which party package is right for us?

At our Albany location, choose a two-hour party or a semi-private Weekday Sprinkle for up to 10 children and a few adults.

Weekend parties can accommodate up to 50 children, plus adults. The Ducks Room accommodates up to 20 children and the Beavers Room up to 30 children; adults are additional. Contact us about larger groups and room arrangements before booking; extra staffing may be required.

Albany remains open for public play. The Ducks and Beavers party areas are partitions within the same room. Staff, barriers, and wristbands help keep simultaneous parties separate.

How do I check prices and availability?

Select “Book A Party Now” or “Book A Weekday Sprinkle” above to see current prices, available dates, and start times. Prices depend on the location and options selected. Party guests do not pay a separate admission fee within the booked package’s capacity.

Choose your party room, date, and start time first, then add any available food extras and review your total before checkout. A deposit confirms your reservation and is applied toward the final balance. Check your phone number and email so you receive your confirmation.

What’s included in the two-hour party?

• Two hours of play in our shared 8,000-square-foot facility, plus a designated party area for your group.

• A dedicated attendant to help with setup and cleanup.

• Reusable grip socks for everyone in your party.

• Access to our music system to play your own songs.

• A “Happy Birthday” sign with your child’s name.

What’s included in the Weekday Sprinkle?

• 90 minutes of semi-private play while we remain open to the public, plus a designated party area.

• Reusable grip socks for everyone in your party.

• Cake or cupcakes only; other food and beverages are not allowed.

• No dedicated attendant. Guests handle cleanup; trash cans and bags are provided.

Can we bring food, drinks, and decorations?

For a two-hour party, you may bring your own food, drinks, and cake, subject to the restrictions below. Weekday Sprinkles allow cake or cupcakes only.

No popcorn, chips, glitter, confetti, small candies, face paint, small glass bottles, or sharp objects. Keep food in the dining area; a cleaning fee may apply for food left elsewhere.

When can we set up, and can we add time?

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start to check in and set up. Finish cleanup within your reservation time so the next group can start on time.

To extend a two-hour party, contact us with your location, date, and preferred times. Extra time is offered in one-hour increments, subject to availability. We’ll confirm the price and update your reservation; an extension is not automatic.

How do changes and cancellations work?

Your $100 deposit is non-refundable and goes toward your party total. One reschedule is allowed with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability and staff confirmation. Later requests, including illness, are considered case by case. Cancellations and missed parties forfeit the deposit. Contact us to request a change; see the full policy in our Party FAQ. A 3% credit-card processing fee applies to the full party total, including the deposit.
